  • I never received the order confirmation email, why?
  1. The most common reason is that the email address you used to place your order is incorrect.
  2. Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the confirmation email was mistakenly sent there.

  • What can I do if the delivery status of my package is abnormal?

Please contact us as soon as you notice that the delivery status is abnormal. We will reach out to the express company and update you once we receive a response.

If the package has arrived at your local area, it may be helpful to call your local delivery service.


Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages under the following circumstances:

  • You moved without informing us before the order was shipped.
  • No one was home and no one could be reached by phone when the parcel was being delivered.
  • The parcel was destroyed by the local express company due to long-term unavailability of the recipient.
  • shopjamgarden attempted to contact the recipient by email or SMS but did not receive any replies.
