  • My order is still processing. Can I get an update?

If you have registered on our website, you can easily find your order(s) under the Order History in your personal account. We update the status of each item in your order regularly.

  • Can I check my order status if I placed my order as a guest?

Yes, you can! Please contact us with the email you used to place your order, or provide us with the payment transaction ID to help us find your order quickly. We will inform you of the status of each item in your order.


Alternatively, you can create an account using the email you used to place your order(s). Once your account is created, you can find your order(s) under the Order History in your personal account.

  • Why is my order taking so long to process?

We totally understand our customers' concerns about the long processing time. Here are some common reasons for the delay:


  • Missing necessary shipping information, such as contact phone number or postal code.
  • Some items in your order are still being processed.
  • Longer processing times for pre-order items.
  • Special circumstances, such as the epidemic situation.

  • Missing necessary shipping information, like the contact phone number or postcode.

Please understand that we cannot ship your package without a contact phone number and postcode (except for a few countries without postcodes).


We often reach out via email if we need more shipping information, but sometimes these emails may end up in your junk mail folder.


We greatly appreciate it if you could ensure your shipping address includes all necessary details.


Additionally, please note that we are unable to ship packages to P.O. boxes.

  • Some of the items in your order are still under processing.

When you order multiple items together, we typically ship them in one package once all items are ready.


Please understand that if you prefer to have your items shipped separately, an additional shipping cost will apply. Normally, this cost is $25 for standard shipping and $35 for express shipping. For packages containing heavier items like platforms or full set dresses, the shipping cost may be higher.
