We arrange your partial or full refund after receiving your confirmation. You will be notified by email once the refund has been successfully processed.
How long does it take to receive the money after receiving the email?
If you paid for your order with Stripe:
- Shop Pay / Stripe submits the refund request to your bank or card issuer after we process your refund. The refund typically appears as a credit on your statement approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on your bank.
- Stripe will also send you an email notifying you about the refund.
