  • If you just placed your order and it hasn't been processed:


You can modify your order by sending us a request. Replacements, exchanges, adding additional items, refunds, or extra charges may be possible.

  • If your order is still under processing:


  1. Exchange is possible for pre-order items during the pre-order period. Learn more about what pre-order means.
  2. For in-stock items, once your order has been processed, a restocking fee of 20% of the original item payment will be charged if you request a replacement.


Please contact us online or email [email protected] for detailed exchange information. Refunds or additional charges may apply depending on the replacement you request.

If you receive an email stating that an item you ordered is out of stock after placing your order, feel free to contact us to request a replacement or refund.

  • No exchanges for shipped-out orders.
