Yes, you can change your shipping address before your order has been shipped out.
Contact us via online chat, submit a ticket, or email us at [email protected]. We will promptly update the delivery information before shipping.
*Please note: Updating addresses in your Jam Garden personal account will not automatically change the shipping address for orders currently being processed.
What can I do if my package has already been shipped out?
- For Standard Shipping Method:
a. If your package was successfully delivered to the original address, retrieve it from there.
b. If your package was returned to the warehouse, arrange for a second delivery.
- For Expedited Shipping Method:
An additional fee of $15 will be required to change the shipping address for packages already in transit.
Please understand that we are not responsible for lost packages in the following situations:
- You moved without timely informing us before the order was shipped.
- No one was available at home and unreachable by phone during the delivery attempt.
- The package was destroyed by the local express company due to prolonged unavailability of the recipient.
- JamGarden attempted to contact the recipient via email or SMS but received no response.
